What is a Groucher?

A Groucher is a Discount Voucher. Grouchers are typically sold at a large discount from their actual value. For example, a $25 Groucher may have the value of $50 at the business (pay $25 and receive a $50 value).

Does the value include taxes, gratuity, additional fees, etc?

A Groucher is treated the same way a as a gift certificate. It does not necessarily include taxes, gratuity or any additional fees. But don't forget to tip if you are at a business where tipping would be appropriate!

I want today’s deal! How do I get it?

Where is My Groucher?

I just purchased my Groucher, but nothing showed up in my email. Why not?

Grouchers are processed after midnight of the close of business each day. You will receive your Groucher(s) sometime between midnight and 7:00 AM CST the following morning.

OK, I waited until the next morning, but I don't see my Groucher. Where is it?

Don't worry, it was sent to you. However, we cannot control all of the levels of spam filters out there. One thing you can do is check your spam folder to see if there are any emails from Groucher.com there. You can also add Groucher.com to your white list. But the EASIEST thing to do is just login to your account at Groucher.com, and then go to 'My Account' (upper right corner) and you can see and print ALL of the Grouchers you have purchased while online!

I accidentally deleted my Groucher email...Now what?

Easy! Just log into your account and go to previously purchased Grouchers (under the "My Account Info" tab on the upper-right of the page). They are stored there for your convenience.

Why can't I View or Print my Groucher? My computer is not showing anything when I click my Groucher certificate link... what is wrong?

In order to view and print your Groucher, you will need an industry-standard PDF view/print program, such as Adobe Reader. If I buy today’s Groucher, how do I actually use it?

The following morning, you will be emailed your Groucher. Print the Groucher out and present to the business! If you do not receive the email check your bulk or junk folder. You can also login to your account on Groucher.com and print the file from your 'account info'.

How Do I Buy? Can I Buy a Groucher as a Gift?

Can I purchase Grouchers for friends and family?

Why yes of course you can! Each Groucher has a unique identification code and the businesses accept Grouchers even if someone else’s name is on it. So go ahead and give the gift of Groucher!

Can I return a Groucher?

Generally no. We want you to be happy Groucher followers! However, we cannot take returned Groucher’s because most likely the money has already been delivered to the business.
